Congress of the Russian Committee of Deaf Sports

On 11 May 2010 in Moscow has passed the report-election Congress of the All-Russian Union of PT-Sports Public Associations “Russian Committee of Deaf Sports” (RSCD) where the Agenda has been confirmed:
1. Report on RCSD Activity during 2005-2009
2. Report of RCSD Control-Revision Commission during 2005-2009
3. Election of the RCSD President
4. Election of RCSD Executive Committee Members
5. Election of the RCSD Control-Revision Commission

Congress was accepted decisions:
1. To confirm the Report on the RCSD Activity during 2005-2009 with recognition of satisfactory work.

2. To confirm the Report of the RCSD Control-Revision Commission on Activity during 2005-2009  

3. To elect the RCSD President – Valery Rukhledev for four years term.   

4. To confirm quantitative structure of the RCSD Executive Committee of 11 (eleven) Members.

5. To elect the RCSD Executive Committee for four years term:   
1. Mr. Valery Rukhledev – RCSD President, the RCSD Executive Committee Chairman
2. Mr. Alexander Romantsov – RCSD Vice-president
3. Mr. Victor Nevzorov – RCSD Vice-president
4. Mr. Dmitry Rebrov – RCSD Secretary General
5. Mr. Vladislav Antipov – Executive Committee Member
6. Mr. Vladimir Gorinov – Executive Committee Member
7. Mr. Stanislav Ivanov – Executive Committee Member
8. Mr. Artem Nesterov – Executive Committee Member
9. Mr. Vladimir Felde – Executive Committee Member
10. Ms. Nadezhda Shakhbazyan – Executive Committee Member
11. Mr. Mikhail Shlenkov - Executive Committee Member

6. To elect the Control-Revision Commission of the RCSD for four years term: 
1. Mr. Nikolay Chaushyan – chairman
2. Ms. Valentina Lyamina – member
3. Ms. Tatiana Slepchenko – member
