Dear friends,

I am glad to welcome you on the eve of important and responsible starts.

For last decades Deaflympics by the right Games became event of the international scale. This year they will unite deaflympians from 26 countries of the world and will give possibility to show the skill and team coordination to athletes in Slovakia.

Since 1995, on all Winter Deaflympics the Russian National Team invariably occupied the first places in offset. I am assured, as this time will power, persistence and courage will help you to achieve good results and to increase champion tradition and justify hopes of the coaches and numerous fans.
