RCDS Statutes

V. BELONGINGS AND FUNDS OF THE RCDS. RCDS ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

5.1. The sources of funds are:
  • entrance and membership fees;
  • special inpayments;
  • proceeds of publishing and business activity and other types of activity, not prohibited by the existing legislation for public associations;
  • annual and single fees of the RCDS members for arrangements and moves aimed at goals and tasks achievement;
  • assignments from commercial and non-commercial organizations established by the RCDS;
  • voluntary fees and donations of the juridical and physical persons, interested in the RCDS Activity, in rubles or in foreign currency;
  • other inpayments, not prohibited by the law;
5.2. RCDS can possess; buildings, constructions, housing resources, equipment, inventory, cultural and educational property and property of a sanitary character, funds, shares, other securities or property necessary for material security of the Statutes Activity.

5.3. RCDS can also possess publicity, mass media, institutions established or acquired by the RCDS.

5.4. The owner of the whole RCDS property, which belongs to the RCDS is the RCDS. The owner` s rights on behalf of the RCDS are executed by the permanently acting managing collegial body - Executive Committee.

5.5. Every RCDS member is an owner of the property belonging to him.

5.6. RCDS members have no right for the share in RCDS property.

5.7. RCDS members have their law, financial, property and organizational independence.

5.8. The income from RCDS business cannot be redistributed among RCDS members and can be used only for aims and tasks achievement. Business activity can be executed only with the aim of achievement of the Statutes' goals and tasks.

5.9. RCDS members are secondary liable in the period of two years after the liquidation at the amount stipulated by the RCDS.
