7.1. The termination of the RCDS Activity can be implemented by reorganization (merge, takeover, division, transformation) or liquidation.

7.2. Reorganization and liquidation is executed by the decision of Deaf Sport meeting (Conference) accepted by the 2/3 of delegates` votes in the presence of quorum.

7.3. Reorganization or liquidation of the RCDS must be executed in accordance with and subject to the order stipulated by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.4. RCDS can be liquidated in the order determined by legislation and by the decision of corresponding court.

7.5. RCDS property after the reorganizations hands over to the newly established juridical person (s) in the order prescribed by the civil law of the Russian Federation.

7.6. Funds and property of RCDS after the creditors` claims are met, are to be aimed at goals stipulated by the Statutes.
7.7. The decision on the usage of the rest property is to be published by the liquidation committee.

7.8. RCDS provides the accounting and safety of documents on staff and send them after the liquidation to the Archives of the Russian Federation in the order stipulated by the law.

7.9. The decision on the RCDS liquidation must be referred to the authorized body to be unfilled from the Uniform state register of the juridical persons.
